Britannia Art hopes that every purchase will be a happy one but we understand occasionally something can go wrong. Therefore, for clarity and ease of reference, please refer to our returns information below should the rare need arise.
Any intended return must be clearly communicated to Britannia Art within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts up to 30 days depending on the situation. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds can be given for the following reasons:
- You have changed your mind within 14 days of receipt
- Item Damaged
- Order not received or missing
You have changed your mind:
If you have changed your mind and contacted us within the first 14 days of receiving your order, we will accept the return if you arrange to have it safely returned to us at your cost, However we do reserve the right to charge a 10 % restocking fee and the cost of shipping to you originally will not be refunded.
Item Damaged
If you have received your item and it is damaged from transit, You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. This is so we can raise this with the shipping provider, We will also require full information and images of the item damage and packaging.
We will not be able to offer a full or partial refund until the shipping provider has been able to carry out their investigation.
Order gone missing in the post
If you fail to receive your order and it has gone missing in the post, A full refund is available but only after the postal service or courier has been able to carry out an investigation to try and find the order or fully determine it has been lost. This may take between 1 to 2 months depending on your location.
